We are located at No. 94/3 on the 6th Main of Shankarappa Road, which is part of the Sonappa Layout in Ramamurthynagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a nice residential pocket. Av Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation Clinic is basically a place where people come to get moving again. We have a lot of mats, some weights, and parallel bars set up in the main room. It’s not like a gym, though; it’s much quieter and more focused. People arrive with all sorts of aches or after they’ve had surgery, and we spend the day working through exercises with them. The neighborhood of Ramamurthynagar is fairly peaceful compared to the city center, though the 6th Main can get some local traffic during school hours. We have a lot of regular faces who come in three times a week, so we’ve gotten to know their stories and their families quite well. The floor is easy to clean, and we keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let a breeze in. Sometimes the fans are just not enough when we’re all working hard. It’s a simple, honest setup. There’s no corporate branding or anything like that. We just focus on the stretches and the physical work that needs to be done. It’s a tiring job for the staff, but it’s a good way to spend the day in this part of town.
