Dr Sahu'S Physiotherapy Clinic

Our physiotherapy clinic is tucked into No.204 in the Arekere Mico Layout Second Stage. Being near L&T South City and right off Bannerghatta Road means it is usually busy outside. Bangalore traffic is something else, so we often have patients calling to say they are stuck near the junction. The clinic itself is on the second floor. We have the usual stuff you’d expect like mats, some weights, and those exercise balls rolling around. Dr Sahu spends most of the day on his feet helping people stretch or work through an injury. It can get a bit noisy when the machines are running and people are talking. The sunlight comes in pretty strong through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice but makes the room warm. We have a small water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use. It’s a practical setup. There are no fancy lounges or anything like that. Just a place where people come to get their movement back. Sometimes you hear the sounds of the city coming in from the balcony. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It feels good to see someone walk out better than they walked in. That is basically the whole point of what we do here every day from morning until we close up. We just keep things moving and help out the folks from the surrounding layout.
