Working as a Hospital Physiotherapist here in Bangalore is a busy life. If you’ve ever tried to get across the city in the afternoon, you know exactly what I mean about the hustle. We spend our days helping people get back on their feet, literally. It is physical work and it can be pretty tiring by the time five o'clock rolls around. Our space isn't like those fancy wellness centers you see in magazines. It’s a practical place with mats, weights, and the equipment we need to help folks recover from whatever injury or surgery they’ve had. We don't use a lot of medical jargon if we can help it. We just explain things in plain English so people know what they need to do at home. Bangalore has grown so much lately, and that means we see people from all over the place coming in for help. The building we are in is nothing special, but it’s clean and it gets the job done. Most of us who work here ended up in this field because we like seeing someone walk out feeling better than when they came in. It isn't about some big corporate goal; it’s just about that one person on the table today. We drink a lot of tea between sessions and try to keep our spirits up when the schedule gets really packed. It's just a normal day at the office for us, doing our thing.
