You can find us over on 3rd Street, Mackhan Road in Bangalore. We have been operating from this location for a good while, and it is mostly a place where things get busy with car engines and tools. It is not a shiny, perfect showroom with glass walls. It is a working garage where the floors usually have a bit of oil on them and the air smells like exhaust and metal. We spend our days looking under hoods and checking tires. The noise from the tools hitting the concrete is pretty much constant. It gets really warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the big shutter doors wide open to let some air in from the street. Mackhan Road is quite narrow, so moving cars in and out can be a bit of a struggle when there is traffic. We have a small corner with some old chairs where people can wait, but it is not exactly a lounge. Most people just leave their vehicles and come back later in the evening. Our team is just a group of people who know how to work with their hands. We don't spend much time on paperwork if we can help it. We just focus on the machines and getting through the list of jobs for the day. It is a bit dusty and loud, but that is just how a real shop is. We keep the tools organized as much as we can, though things always get misplaced during a busy shift.
