If you walk up to the first floor of Victor Mansion, that’s where you’ll find us. We’ve been operating Western Agri Seeds (P) Ltd. from this spot for a good while now. The building has its own character, and our office is pretty straightforward. It’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of talk about farming. We deal with all sorts of seeds for the fields around here. It isn't a quiet place, especially when the sowing season is right around the corner. Phones ring a lot and there's always someone coming in to ask about what's new or what's working well lately. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets hectic. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. Dealing with seeds means you’re always thinking a few months ahead of the current weather. We talk to farmers every day, hearing about their soil or how the last rain helped things along. It’s practical work. No one wears suits here. We’re usually in everyday clothes, just getting through the to-do list. The first floor location is handy because it’s easy enough for people to pop in. We have our routine. Morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the orders are ready to go out. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We aren't some huge corporation. We just like knowing our regulars and making sure they get what they need for their land.
