Our office is located at 628 on 20Rcross, over in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar. It’s right off the Dasarahalli Main Road here in Bangalore. Neel Agrotech has been around this part of town for a bit. We’re in the Bangalore-28 area, which is always buzzing with activity. We do a lot of work related to agricultural technology, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to help people grow things better. It’s a practical business. We don’t spend much on decorating the office; we’d rather spend that on better equipment or helping out a client. The team is pretty small, mostly local people who live nearby. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on Dasarahalli Main Road, which is a survival skill in this city. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with samples and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on doing a good job so we can come back tomorrow and do it again. It’s not always easy, especially when the market prices for tech go up, but we figure it out as we go along. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just a reliable one that people can trust when they need help with their crops. That is how we have always operated and we don't plan on changing.
