Wesman Thermal Engineering Process Pvt Ltd is situated on Lalbagh Road. We are in the Ranka Park flats, specifically units 101 and 4, 5, and 6. It’s a bit of a spread-out setup for an engineering office, but it works for what we need. Since we deal with thermal processes, there’s a lot of technical talk happening in the hallways. Our rooms are filled with blueprints, technical manuals, and some old models of the equipment we work with. It's an older building, so it has some character, and the walls are thick. We’ve been operating from this Lalbagh Road address for a long time. The traffic outside is almost always at a standstill, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the rush hour. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional argument over a design detail. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you visit, you’re basically walking into our workspace. There are files piled on cabinets and rolls of drawings tucked into corners. We’re engineers and technicians, not office decorators. We focus on the heat and the mechanics of the systems we handle. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near completion. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of a busy street. We try to keep the fans running when it gets stuffy.
