Suprajit Engineering Ltd.

We are based out of No. 100 in the Bommasandra Industrial Estate. Suprajit Engineering Ltd. has been operating here for quite a long time. This place is all about manufacturing and getting hands-on with mechanical parts. The noise from the machines is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks coming and going and a lot of dust in the air. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist; usually, you just see people in work clothes moving around the floor. We make various components that go into vehicles and other machinery. It’s a lot of measuring and testing to make sure things fit together right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which slows everything up. That's just part of the job. The team here is mostly made up of people who have been doing this for years. We don't talk much about innovation or anything like that; we just focus on making parts that work. The heat in the summer can get pretty intense inside the building, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a straightforward manufacturing environment. We do our work, check the quality, and send it out to whoever ordered it. We keep our lunch boxes in a shared fridge and take turns making sure the floor stays mostly clean. It’s just a simple, honest way for us to make a living every day.
