Being in a shared space means there are always other people around, which is nice. Our particular area is just big enough for the team and our gear. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a practical workspace. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the flow of the building. The Hosur Road area is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Inside, we just focus on our screens. We aren’t the type to have long, fancy meetings. Usually, we just chat over our desks about what needs to be done. It’s a simple way of working. We deal with various tech things throughout the day. Some days the coffee machine is the most important part of the office. We don't try to sound like a massive corporation because we aren't. We're just a group of people working together in Adugodi. It works for us. We show up, handle the client requests, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s honest work and we like being right in the middle of the city action. It gets noisy sometimes, but we’re used to the hum of the city by now.
