We are based out of the Webmethods Development Center India Pvt Ltd on Teli Galli Road in Panathur. It sounds more formal than it actually is when you walk inside. Most of the time, the office is just full of people in t-shirts trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't behaving. We have a lot of people here compared to some other shops, so it gets a bit noisy during the middle of the day. There's always someone making tea in the back or talking loudly about a technical problem they're stuck on. It’s a busy part of Panathur, and the commute can be a bit of a struggle for some of the staff who live further away. We don't have a lot of fancy perks like a gym or a cafeteria. We just have good computers, fast internet, and enough chairs for everyone to sit. We've been working on various web methods and development projects for quite a while now. It’s mostly technical stuff that would probably bore most people if we explained it. We don't really go for the whole corporate polish or the fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works for the people who are using it every day. Some of us have been here since the very start, and we’ve seen the team grow bit by bit over the years. It's a steady place to work for anyone who likes technology and doesn't mind a noisy office atmosphere.
