You can find us at 1 Lavelle Road, right near Pankore Naka. It’s a well-known part of the city, but our corner of it feels pretty grounded. The building we are in has been around for quite a while. We occupy a space that’s filled with old desks and a mix of different chairs we’ve gathered over time. There is a lot of light that comes in through the front windows in the morning. Pankore Naka is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so there is plenty to see if you look out the window. We’ve got a small team here at Web Media. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s mostly just a place where we sit and work on our computers. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during the festivals when there are processions passing by. We have a small cupboard for our bags and a kettle that gets used a lot for making coffee. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of our day is spent handling emails and whatever else comes across our desks. It’s a simple, straightforward way of working. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is within walking distance. It is just a regular office doing its thing, day in and day out.
