We are located on the 4th floor, right above the Nilgiris Supermarket, which is actually really convenient when any of us needs to grab a quick snack or some groceries before heading home. Arindam Sengupta is the name associated with this branch, and we’ve been operating out of this Kodihalli space for a bit. It’s an office for T B W A (India) Pvt Ltd, so there is usually a lot of creative energy and people talking about various projects at their desks. Being on the 4th floor keeps us a little away from the noise of the supermarket shoppers below, though the 7th Main is always pretty lively. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here; it’s more of a place where people are busy on their laptops or having meetings in the small conference room. The atmosphere is generally informal, with people dressed casually and coffee mugs scattered around the place. We just focus on the work we have to do for our clients without making a big deal out of it. It’s a good location because it’s easy to tell people where to go—just look for the Nilgiris and head upstairs. Most of us have been working together here for a long time, so we have a good routine going. It’s just a regular office life for us in this part of Bangalore and we enjoy it.
