Stick Era is located over at 91 Banashankari, right inside the Shankar Plaza. It is a busy building with a lot of foot traffic coming through all the time. We mostly deal with stickers and labels and that kind of stuff. The smell of ink and adhesive is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. Our space is filled with rolls of material and cutting machines that hum all day long. Sometimes customers come in with a rough idea on a scrap of paper and we have to figure out how to make it look right. It is a bit of a process. We have got some samples taped to the windows so people passing by can see what we have done before. The lighting in the plaza isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps around our desks to see better. It is mostly a local crowd that comes to us. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often trade stories during the slow hours in the afternoon. There is a lot of dust because of all the paper we cut, so we are always wiping down the counters. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up from whatever we are doing to help the person at the counter. It is a bit messy and loud, but it is our space. We have been here for a while now.
