Our place, Arista Agro Pvt. Ltd., is located over at No. 37 on the 1st Cross in Weavers Colony. Being just off B. G. Road means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity in Gottigere. The colony itself has a certain feel to it and we have become part of the landscape over the years. We spend our time working with agro products and dealing with the logistics of getting things where they need to go. It isn't always smooth sailing because sometimes the supplies are late or the rain makes the roads a mess. We just take it as it comes. The office is a simple setup where we handle the paperwork and talk to folks who drop by. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the walls. We just want to do the job right today so we can come back and do it again tomorrow. The team here is mostly local people who live nearby and understand how things work in this part of Bangalore. We see the same faces every day and that makes it feel more like a community than just a place of work. Sometimes we sit outside for a break and watch the traffic go by on the main road and talk about what needs to be done next. It is a straightforward life and we wouldn't have it any other way because we like the rhythm of it.
