Water Woods

We run Water Woods from our spot at 52/23/24/S Palace Road. We are right inside the Palace Garden Apartment complex. It’s a nice area, quite green compared to the rest of the city. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination. Since we are based in an apartment building, we see our neighbors and clients every day. It’s a bit of a mix of office work and being out on the grounds. We handle various tasks related to the property and how things are running here. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it feels more like a home office. We have files stacked up and a couple of computers. People stop by to ask questions or settle things. Palace Road is usually busy, so being tucked away in the Garden Apartment is a bit of a relief. We don't really do big advertising. Most people know we are here. We focus on keeping everything organized. Sometimes things break or there’s a mess to clear, and we just get it done. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From paperwork to checking on the maintenance, the days go by fast. We like the pace of this place. It’s practical and keeps us on our toes. There’s always something to fix or a person to help out. That’s just how it goes here in our corner of the building and we wouldn't have it any other way.
