Water Bay'S Chain Of Restaurants

Our main office is on M.G Road in Bangalore, which is probably the most famous street in the city. We are on the 3rd floor of the Egk Prestige building, at number 99. Being in the 560001 area means we are right in the center of everything. M.G Road is always packed with people shopping and traffic that never seems to stop. From the third floor, you can see all the action down below, but it’s a bit quieter up here where we work. We manage the Water Bay’S Chain Of Restaurants from this spot. It’s mostly administrative stuff, like checking on the supplies for the different locations and handling the payroll for the staff. The building is a typical commercial block, and we share the elevators with a few other companies. We don't have a dining room here in this office; it’s just where the managers and the owners sit to figure out the business side of things. We’ve been at this address for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the city center. Sometimes the lift takes a while because the building is full, but that’s just life on M.G Road. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets and talking to the chefs at our different restaurant spots. It’s a lot of work to keep a chain running, and this little office in Egk Prestige is where it all starts. We just keep track of the menus and the bills.
