Our place is at 572 Manjunath Nagar. It's a bit of a residential area, so it feels a lot more quiet and local than being in the middle of a business district. The office itself is quite small and we have maps pinned up on a lot of the walls. It’s a bit messy with brochures, guidebooks, and stacks of papers everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails, mostly coordinating things for people who are traveling. There are a few old wooden desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We have a small stove in the back where we make coffee or tea. It’s the kind of office where you can just walk in and see exactly what we are working on. There are usually a few bags or boxes sitting in the corner waiting to be moved. We’ve been in Manjunath Nagar for a while and we like that it’s not too hectic. The team is small, just a handful of us who know each other well. We don't really have big meetings; we just talk across the room if something needs to be sorted out. It’s a very simple, honest way of working. It might not look like much from the outside, but we stay busy enough. The neighbors are friendly and we usually know when the postman is coming before he even knocks.
