Brigade Group

Brigade Group has its office at 63, Dr. Layout here in Bangalore. It’s right in the 560043 zip code area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, and it’s a typical Bangalore office setting. There’s always the sound of horns honking from the street outside, and the building itself is tucked away just enough to be a little bit quieter than the main road. Inside, we have maps of different layouts and projects pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on our mobile phones. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up where they are supposed to. We have a small crew here in the Dr. Layout office, and everyone knows their role. We don't have any fancy coffee machines; we just use the kettle in the corner. Sometimes the meetings go on a bit long, and we end up staying late, watching the lights come on across the city. The office is full of binders and rolls of paper that never seem to get put away properly. It’s a busy place, but it’s not flashy. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get things done without too many delays. Being in Karnataka, we deal with a lot of local regulations and paperwork, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week.
