We work on tech-related things here. It’s mostly computers, cables, and people staring at screens for most of the day. It’s not a "startup" with bean bags or free snacks. It’s just a normal office where we come to work. The weather in Bangalore is usually the best thing about being here, especially when the afternoon rain cools everything down. We have a small team, and we’ve been at this address for a good amount of time. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just fix the tech issues and handle the projects that we are given. Sometimes the power backup kicks in when the grid goes down, which is common here. We just keep working through it. Our neighbors are a mix of other small businesses and families. We go out for a quick coffee at the local stall and then get back to it. It’s a straightforward way to live and work.
