You can find us over at Door No. 2540 on Bh Road. We’re part of the Mn Compound in Arsikere, which is in the Hassan district. It’s a straightforward kind of place. The compound has been around for a while, and we’ve settled into our spot here for Vp Nandakumar without much noise. Working in Arsikere is different from being in a big city because everything is a bit more personal. We know the people who walk past our gate every day. The building is a simple structure, and we keep it functional. We spend our time going through the daily requirements of the Manappuram Group, mostly just handling the administrative side of things. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and stacks of folders. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks, talking through what needs to be done next. The weather in Hassan can be quite nice, but when it rains, the sound on the roof makes it hard to hear anything else. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a workplace where we show up, do the tasks assigned to us, and keep the records in order. It’s been our base for a while now, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the Bh Road traffic.
