Vonov Technologies Pvt Ltd is located over in Marathahalli at number 5. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the commuters, but our little spot is where we handle all our tech work. We are a small team, mostly engineers and developers. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have our desks and our equipment. We work on a lot of different tech projects. Sometimes it’s building a new app, other times it’s fixing something that broke unexpectedly. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy solving problems with technology. We keep it simple. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what we’re doing and get on with it. The office can get a little noisy when we’re all debating the best way to code something, but it’s a good kind of noise. Marathahalli is a convenient place for us because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a bit now and have grown used to the rhythm of the place. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. We just let the work we finish speak for itself. It’s a pretty basic approach, but it keeps us busy and the lights on.
