You can find Volga Travels & Tours at 23/1 Rabindranath Tagore Nagar. We have been operating out of this small office for quite a while now. RT Nagar is a lively part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office at 23/1 is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some old computers, and a stack of forms. We help people book their travel, whether it is a bus, a train, or a flight. We also help with some of the paperwork that comes with traveling. It’s not a very fancy place. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we usually just keep the door open to get a breeze. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about ticket prices. We know them well and we like to help out. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most people come to us because their friends told them we were here. We try to find the right routes for people without making it complicated. Sometimes the systems are slow and we just have to wait. We offer a seat and some water while we look things up. It’s just a normal travel shop where we try to get the job done without any fuss. We've seen RT Nagar change a lot over the years, but we are still here at 23/1, just doing our daily work for the local travelers. It is a steady job and we like the people here.
