Voilaa Voyages

Voilaa Voyages has been operating out of 1A Bangalore GPO for a good while now. Being right by the General Post Office makes things easy for mail and documents, which we handle plenty of. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people passing by every single day. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking schedules on the computer. It’s not a fancy office, just some desks and a lot of paper piled up. Organizing trips involves a lot of back and forth, and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just handle the bookings and try to make sure everything is in order before someone heads off on their journey. The noise from the street outside is always there, but we have gotten used to it. It’s mostly just us trying to keep track of where everyone is going and making sure the tickets are actually right. Sometimes things go wrong with the systems, and we have to spend hours on hold, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just staying busy here in the heart of the city. Usually, we are just happy when the workday ends and the traffic dies down a little bit. It’s a straightforward job, mostly clicking buttons and writing down names for people who want to see somewhere new. We do our bit.
