Our office is located in the Park West complex by Shapoorji Pallonji, specifically in the Olive B-603 block in Binnypet. It’s a big residential and commercial development, so the surroundings are quite neat and orderly. We are Voiant Global Services. Even though "global" is in the name, we are just a local team here in Bangalore. We handle various service tasks for different clients. The space is modern and has everything we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time on calls and emails, making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s a lot of coordination. The Binnypet area has changed a lot recently with all these new buildings. We like it here because it feels secure and professional without being too stuffy. We aren't into big corporate buzzwords. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to stay on top of our workload. It can be a bit quiet in the Olive block sometimes, which is good for concentration. Most of us just want to do a decent job and head home. We don't have any grand plans to take over the industry; we just focus on the people we are helping right now. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us well. The elevators in the Olive block can be slow during the morning rush, so some of us just take the stairs to the sixth floor. It’s a good way to wake up. We have a small fridge for our lunches and a water cooler that always needs a refill.
