We are located at number seven on the 9th Cross in Hoysala Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area in Bangalore, which is a bit different from the usual busy travel agency spots you see in the city center. We’ve been here for a long time, working from this office on the 3rd Main. Inside, you’ll find some old desks, plenty of maps, and shelves full of folders. We mostly help people plan their trips, whether it’s a pilgrimage, a family vacation, or just a bus ticket to a nearby town. The atmosphere is very relaxed. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask about train timings. We don't have any flashy digital screens or modern decor; it’s all very old-school. We write a lot of things down by hand and use a printer that’s seen better days. The team knows the routes across the country pretty well because we’ve been doing this for years. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a holiday together. We just pull up some extra plastic chairs. There’s a tea shop around the corner that we visit often. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and try to help them get there without too much trouble. It’s a simple business run by people who just like travel. We close up around seven most evenings.
