Viva Homes

We are over at 914/A on 1st D Main Road in the Girinagar 2nd Phase of Bangalore. It is a settled part of the city, and we have been here long enough to see the neighborhood change around us. We work on homes, and our office is just a simple space where we keep our plans and meet with people. Bangalore is always busy and the traffic outside our window can be a bit much during the peak hours. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so our shoes are usually a bit dusty. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. We are usually just in our regular clothes, dealing with the builders and the suppliers. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned with the weather or the materials. We just handle the problems as they come up. People in the 2nd Phase know us, and we get most of our work through word of mouth. We don't go in for big missions or fancy slogans. We just want to make sure the houses we work on are solid and the people living in them are happy. It is a lot of practical, hard work every day. We enjoy being part of the Girinagar community and just doing our part to keep things moving in the right direction.
