Vital Rehab Physiotherapy Clinic

Vital Rehab Physiotherapy Clinic is situated at No. 61c in Vysya Bank Colony. We are on the 4th Cross, A Main, within the Shantiniketan Layout area near Arekere Gate. Being right beside the Vasavi Temple means we have a lot of people passing by our door every day. The clinic itself is a straightforward space. We have set up the rooms with the tables and the gear needed for the different physical routines people come in for. It is a lot of manual work, helping people move and stretch, so we are on our feet most of the day. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming in from the dusty street. We have a small area near the entrance where people can leave their shoes and sit for a minute. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of charts showing how the muscles work. We keep a stash of towels and bands in the cupboards. Working in Shantiniketan Layout is nice because it feels like a community. We know the people at the bank nearby and the regulars who visit the temple. Every morning we check our schedule and get the equipment ready for the first person. It is not a complicated setup, just a local clinic where we do our daily work and try to stay organized in our own way, even when the paperwork gets a bit messy.
