Vital Rehab Physiotherapy Clinic

Vital Rehab Physiotherapy Clinic is over at No.61C in the 4th Cross of Shantiniketan Layout. We are in the Vysya Bank Colony section, right near the Arekere Gate. If you are looking for us, we are right beside the Vasavi Temple, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. You can usually hear the temple bells in the morning and evening while we are working. The clinic has various pieces of equipment spread out for the exercises people have to do. We spend a lot of time moving mats around and checking the timers. It is a ground floor spot, so it is easy for people to get in and out without dealing with too many stairs. The layout is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have a few windows that let in some light, but we keep the fans going because it can get warm with all the movement inside. There is a small desk where we keep the appointments written down in a big ledger. We don’t use much fancy software; the paper works just fine for us. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make more space for the bigger machines. It is a busy day usually, from the time we open until we lock up and head home. The neighborhood is friendly, and we see the same faces walking by the temple every day.
