Vital Diagnostics

Vital Diagnostics is located at No.270, 3rd Crs, 2nd STG in Indiranagar Domlur. It’s a residential-looking area but there are shops all around. We open up very early in the morning, usually before the sun is really up, because that’s when people want to do their blood tests before work. The first few hours are always a rush. We have the needles and the tubes all lined up ready to go. The lab area is kept very clean, though the front desk can get a bit cluttered with forms and pens. It’s a small space, so you can hear everything going on. We have a couple of people working here who have been doing this for years. They are good at finding veins even when someone is nervous. Domlur can get very congested later in the day, so we try to get most of the heavy work done by noon. We use a small fridge for the samples and it makes a constant buzzing sound. Sometimes we run out of the good bandages and have to use the plain ones. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from the neighborhood and they walk in when their doctor tells them they need some tests done. We just do the work, print the reports, and that’s about it. After the morning rush, things get a bit quieter and we can finally sit down for a minute to have some water.
