Chan Re Diagnostics Lab

Started out in J P Nagar 2nd Phase. It’s on 12th B Cross, easy to find if you know the 19th Main area. We get here early in the morning before the Bangalore traffic gets really bad. The lab isn't huge, but we keep it clean. People come in from around the neighborhood for their blood tests or whatever the doctor told them to get done. We spend a lot of time just organizing paperwork and making sure the machines are running right. It gets busy around 8 AM. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup generator that kicks in quickly. We’ve been here at No 118 for a while now. Most of the people living around here know us by now. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic testing stuff that's needed. The staff stays mostly to themselves, just doing the jobs they are trained for. Sometimes we have a tea break near the corner shop when things are slow. It's a regular workplace. We handle the samples, talk to the patients who are usually in a hurry to get to work, and try to get the results out when we say we will. Bangalore is getting noisier every day, but inside the lab, it stays quiet enough. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to make any mistakes with the names or the numbers. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the 19th Main area of the city. We see a lot of the same people coming back year after year.
