Unisys Biomedicals

Our office is located at 9/10, Ganpat Vete Sadan, on Sir Ratan Tata Road in Tardeo. It is an older building, so it has a lot of character and maybe a few squeaky floorboards here and there. We work with biomedical supplies, which means the rooms are filled with boxes of various medical items and equipment. Tardeo is a very busy part of Mumbai, so the traffic noise outside is constant, but we have gotten used to it. The space inside is a bit tight because we have so much stock to keep organized. We have some simple wooden shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. Most of the time we are just checking orders or packing things up to be sent out to hospitals or clinics. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls and carpets. It is more like a local storehouse where work actually happens. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and sometimes it is nice to just watch the people go by for a minute. We keep our own records on a couple of computers that are a few years old now. It is a basic, honest way of doing business in a very central part of the city. We usually finish up the paperwork late in the evening before locking the door and heading home.
