Our small office is located at Kantha Niliya in the Chinnama Layout part of Madivala New Extension. It’s building number 11/4. If you know the Madivala area in Bangalore, you know it can get pretty busy around here with all the traffic and shops. We are tucked into a more residential-feeling layout, which is a bit quieter than the main roads. We do software work here, mostly sitting at our desks and working through various systems on our monitors. It’s not a huge operation, just a dedicated group of us in this Bangalore 68 neighborhood. The office itself is simple, nothing too fancy or over-the-top. We have our computers and some chairs, and that’s about all we need to get the job done. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our meetings, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls or fancy banners hanging up. We just come in, do our daily tasks, and try to make sure the software we build actually works for the people using it. It’s a lot of quiet concentration most of the time. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while and we like being part of the local community. It’s a practical place to work without any distractions. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to write good code and keep the business running smoothly for everyone involved.
