I run my business out of Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically at Shanti Nilaya on the 5th Main Road in Ganga Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area, which I like. My name is Vishwanath, and I’ve lived around here for a long time before I started doing this. The house is 127, and you’ll see the name on the gate when you walk by. It’s not like a big office building with glass walls or a reception desk. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus on the work without too much distraction. People usually hear about me from their neighbors or friends in the locality. I don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. I just do my job and hope people are satisfied enough to tell someone else about it. Ganga Nagar is a nice place to be based. The 5th Main Road gets some traffic, but it’s mostly just people going about their day. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and papers and me trying to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks a bit too much, but you get used to it after a while. I like the fact that I’m close to home and that people can just drop by if they’re in the neighborhood. It feels more like a community thing than a cold business transaction. I’ve been at this for several years now, and while some things change, the way I treat people stays the same. Just being honest and doing what needs to be done.
