Being near the BBMP office means there is always a lot of activity and people moving around outside. You can often hear the temple bells or the sound of the crowds near the government building. The office itself is a straightforward legal workspace. There are shelves filled with thick books about the law and binders full of case notes. We have a few desks and a place for clients to sit and explain their situations. It is often a bit dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening nearby. We spend our days drafting petitions and going through evidence. It is a lot of sitting and thinking, followed by a lot of typing.
