Virsons India is way up on the 3rd floor at 739, 5th Block in Rajajinagar. We’re right by Basham Circle, so there’s always the sound of traffic coming up from below. Getting up the stairs is a bit of a workout every morning, but it keeps us moving. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a corner where we keep the coffee machine. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just where we do our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and we end up ordering food for everyone. Rajajinagar is a busy area, and we like being in the middle of it. We’ve been here for a while now, so we know the local shops where to get the best snacks. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we open the windows and deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years.
