Our business is based in Kudlu Village at No 27. It’s listed as K No 465. It’s a bit away from the main hustle and bustle of Bangalore, which we actually prefer. It gives us a bit of space to breathe. We aren't a big corporation. Virglosol is just a small outfit. We set up here because it was convenient and quiet. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a couple of rooms with our stuff in it. We do our own things and don't worry too much about what other companies are doing. We don't have a big HR team or a marketing department. We just handle the business ourselves. Some days are long, and we end up working late into the night. Other days are a bit more relaxed. We have a few regulars who come by to chat now and then. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local group doing tech work. It’s a basic life, and that’s fine with us. We don't have a big sign outside or a glossy brochure. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to get them finished. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. That’s really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind without making a fuss about it.
