Vipul Facility Management Pvt Ltd is based on 1st 'D' Main in Bangalore. We are pretty close to the Pushpanjali Theater, which is a place everyone in this neighborhood knows well. Being in Karnataka, we deal with a lot of different people every day. Our work is all about managing buildings and making sure everything is working the way it should be. The office is a simple place where we keep our tools, some supplies, and all the paperwork that comes with running a business like this. It’s not a very fancy setup, but it’s practical for what we do. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites or on the phone trying to fix problems that pop up. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out somewhere, we are the ones who have to figure out how to get it sorted. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or marketing talk. We just tell people what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. It is hard work and sometimes it gets pretty dirty, but it is a necessary job. The team here is mostly local people who have lived in Bangalore for a long time. We know the shortcuts to avoid the theater traffic when we are in a hurry.
