Vinuthomas

You can find Vinuthomas over at Sands Plaza in Vignananagar. We are located in unit D2. Marthahalli is a very famous area in Bangalore because of all the big tech companies and the heavy traffic, but our corner feels a lot more relaxed. We have been in this plaza for a couple of years now. It is a decent building and most people find it easily once they get into the Vignananagar area. We are not a giant company with offices in different cities. It is just this one spot for us. We spend the majority of our time here getting through whatever tasks are on the schedule for that day. It is usually a mix of different things, which keeps the day from being boring. We do not have those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. It is just a place for work with desks and chairs. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we have a good understanding of how each person likes to get things done. The plaza has several other small shops, so there is always a bit of life around. It is a very practical location for us. We try to keep our communication plain and simple. No long meetings or complicated policies. If you need something, you just come and ask us. We do our best to help out without making a big production of it. It is just how we run things in our small office here.
