Vijayanand Roadlines Ltd, Banaglore

Vijayanand Roadlines Ltd is located over at Plot Number 117 in the Adarsh Layout. We are right behind the Shivaganga Layout on Kusgal Road here in Bangalore. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and movement, which makes sense for what we do. We’ve been operating from this site for quite some time now. Our day starts pretty early because there is always a lot of scheduling to do for the roadlines. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, but we have a system that works for us. The office can get a bit dusty with all the traffic on Kusgal Road, but we don’t mind it much. We aren't really into making big presentations or using corporate jargon. We’d rather just talk to the drivers and the customers directly to make sure the loads are moving. Most of us here have been in the transport business for years, so we’ve seen it all. We have our fair share of long days, especially when there are delays on the highway or issues with the vehicles. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we like the pace of it. We are just a group of people working out of Adarsh Layout, trying to keep the wheels turning and the schedules on time without too much fuss or ceremony. It is hard work, but it gets done.
