Our place is at unit 7053 in Prestige Ferns Residency, over in Harlur. This is in Bangalore South, near the 560102 zip code area. It’s a residential complex, so the vibe is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We like it because it doesn’t feel like we’re trapped in a generic office park all day. There’s some greenery around and it’s generally more peaceful. The office is just a regular unit we’ve converted for our needs. We have our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone, but it’s definitely not a designer space. We don't have a logo on the wall or a front desk. It’s just us working on various projects throughout the day. Getting in and out of Harlur can be tricky because the roads are a bit narrow and the traffic builds up fast in the evenings. We often stay a bit later just to avoid the worst of the traffic on the way home. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look or how people should behave, as long as the work gets done on time. It’s a very straightforward way of operating. We find that being in a more relaxed environment helps us stay productive without feeling the pressure of a traditional office. It’s just a small group of us trying to do our best every single day in this little corner of the Harlur neighborhood.
