Vidhatatours 7 Travels Ltd is located over in Syndicate Bank Colony, right near Thunganagar in Bangalore. Our office is at No 297 on 5th C Cross. It can be a bit of a maze to find if you are not from this specific part of town, but once you get here, it is just a standard travel office. We have got some maps on the walls and a few desks where we handle all the bookings. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to drivers or helping people figure out their holiday plans. Bangalore is always growing, and Herohalli is getting much busier every year, so there is always noise from the street outside. We are not a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to keep the cars running on time and making sure the guests get picked up at the right spot. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire gets flat or a flight gets delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it quickly. That is just the nature of the travel business. We do not use those fancy brochures with fake pictures. We just tell people how it is. The office is simple and nothing too modern. We drink a lot of coffee and keep track of everything in old-fashioned ledgers and on the computers. It is a local business through and through. We just want to get people around.
