Vichar Technology

Vichar Technology is over at 22 JP Nagar. It’s a small office where we handle all our technical work. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a fountain. It's mostly just a bunch of desks with monitors and a lot of tangled cables on the floor. We spend our days coding or fixing things that aren't working right. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we usually just wear jeans and t-shirts to work. JP Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central enough but not as crazy as the main tech parks. We get our lunch from the small eateries nearby and usually eat at our desks while we work through a problem. It’s a quiet kind of place most of the time, just the sound of typing and the occasional argument about a piece of code. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we know the other people on the floor. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours. We don't have fancy meetings or big presentations. If someone needs something fixed, they just come in and talk to us directly. We’ve got a small bookshelf with some old manuals and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. It’s just a handful of us doing what we know how to do. We like the independence of being a small shop in a busy neighborhood like JP Nagar.
