Vibez Entertainment Private Limited

Vibez Entertainment is based out of a place called Meghana Nilaya, which is at No 45A/2 here in Bangalore. It’s a regular building in a residential-ish part of the city. We don’t have a giant sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our stations. It’s an entertainment company, but our daily life is actually pretty quiet and focused. We deal with all sorts of planning and coordination stuff. The office is a bit cluttered with posters and some gear from various events we've been involved in, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is no "that is not my job" attitude here. We share tea and talk about whatever movies or shows are out. Karnataka is a big place and we try to stay connected to what's happening locally. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and chat until the generator kicks in. It’s not a polished corporate life, it’s just us working in a house turned into an office. We like it this way because it feels more like a home than a cubicle farm. Most of the time, the neighbors are just families going about their day, which keeps us grounded. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward. It’s been a long journey so far and we aren't planning on moving anytime soon.
