We are located at No 41st Cross in the 2nd Stage of Karnataka Layout. It’s a part of Basaveshwar Nagar that gets pretty busy during the week. Our office is mostly full of people waiting with their folders and stacks of papers. We deal with all the visa applications and the paperwork that goes with them. It’s a lot of typing and checking names. The fans are always humming and there’s the sound of the printer going constantly. It can get a bit stressful when the queue is long, but we just take it one person at a time. We aren't the ones who decide if you get the visa, we just make sure the file is right. The neighborhood has some decent tea stalls nearby where we go for a break. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to ask people to wait a little longer. Nobody likes that, but it happens. We try to keep things organized but with so much paper, it’s a constant battle. The office isn't very large for the number of people who come in. We’ve been at this Bangalore location for a good bit now. Most days are the same, just a lot of documents and photos. We just do our bit to get the forms sent where they need to go.
