We are Inszoom India and our office is located at 138 Marya Bhavan on 3rd Main Road in Mathikere, Bangalore. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic on the main roads nearby. We work on software, specifically things related to immigration and data management. The office is pretty standard for a tech company in Bangalore. We have rows of desks and people wearing headsets most of the day. We’ve been in this building for several years. It isn't a high-rise, just a functional space where we can get our work done. The team consists of people from all over, but we’ve become a tight group. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure the software works like it's supposed to. If there’s a bug, we fix it. If a client has a question, we answer it. It’s pretty straightforward. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it’s not too noisy outside. Lunch is usually a social time where we talk about everything except work. We are part of the local IT scene here in Karnataka, but we keep to ourselves for the most part. It’s just about putting in the effort every day and making sure we stay on top of our tasks without too much drama or complicated processes.
