Our office is located in Attiguppe, right on the 1st Main Road. It’s part of the Vijaynagar 2nd Stage area. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks with computers and phones. We spend the whole day looking at flights and train schedules. It can get pretty stressful when people’s plans change at the last minute. We have maps on the walls and piles of paper everywhere. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get many walk-ins, but the phone never stops ringing. Sometimes we have to stay late to deal with time zones or if someone is stuck at an airport somewhere. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We are at 42/9, so we are easy to spot if you are walking down the main road. The parking is a nightmare though, so we usually tell people to take an auto. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but it works for us. We just try to keep everything organized so nobody misses their flight. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking to airlines all day long. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in so we can finish booking.
