Global Holidays

Our office is called Global Holidays and you can find us at No. 398 on S.M. Road. This is over in Devaraja Mohallah, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a good while now. It’s not a huge place, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. We handle a lot of travel stuff, like booking tickets or trying to figure out train schedules for people who aren’t sure where they want to go. The street outside, S.M. Road, stays busy throughout the day, so there is always some noise coming in through the door. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the customers, but usually, we get things sorted out eventually. We just try to be helpful and give people the information they need for their holidays. It’s mostly just us sitting here with our calendars and maps. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just a local spot where you can come and get your travel plans done without any hassle. We like being in Devaraja Mohallah because everyone knows everyone else around here and it feels comfortable.
