Vertikagarg

I live and work at Suncity Apartments on the Sarjapura Outer Ring Road. Specifically, I’m in Block-4, Flat No-902. The building is called 'Zest'. It’s one of those big complexes in Bangalore where you can almost forget there’s a whole city outside. But then you look out the window at the Outer Ring Road and see the massive traffic jams, and you remember exactly where you are. My name is Vertika Garg and this is my little corner of Bangalore-102. Being on the ninth floor gives me a decent view of the surroundings. It’s a bit windy up here sometimes. The apartment is where everything happens for me. It’s not a formal business setup. It’s just a home that doubles as an office. The Sarjapur area is always under construction, it feels like. There’s always a new flyover or a building going up. Inside the complex, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the distant honking. I have my desk set up in the spare room. It’s got all my stuff scattered around. I’m not the most organized person, but I know where everything is. The 'Zest' block is pretty easy to find once you get inside Suncity. It’s a lot of walking if you don't have a vehicle. I’ve been here for a bit and I’ve gotten used to the pace of life on the Outer Ring Road.
