Vertex Technology Park

Our place is over on Morland Road in the Whitefield Nagpada area. Vertex Technology Park has been around for a bit, providing space for different businesses to set up their offices. We aren't right in the middle of the main hub, but number 564 is easy enough to spot once you get onto the right street. The building itself is kept up, though it shows some age here and there like any busy property. We spend most of our time making sure the lights stay on and the common areas aren't too messy. It’s a mix of people coming through every day, from tech workers to delivery guys. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow during the lunch rush, which can be annoying, but everyone just deals with it. There isn't any fancy corporate speech here, just a building that houses people working on their computers. We keep an eye on the parking and make sure the security gate is working properly. It gets pretty crowded in this part of town, especially with all the movement on Morland Road. Most of the tenants have been with us for a while, so we know many of the faces. It is just a practical space for work. We try to keep things quiet so people can focus, but with so many offices in one spot, there is always some noise.
