Venus Gift Collection

We have been running Venus Gift Collection at S-23 for a while now. It is right in Koramangala 5th Block, which is usually a very busy place. If you are standing at our door, you can see Mangala Kalyanamantap just across the way. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows it. When there are weddings or events happening there, we get a lot of people coming in to look around. Sometimes they are in a hurry because they need something for the party. The shop isn't fancy or anything. We just keep our shelves filled with various items that people might like to give as presents. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic on the road outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases and moving things around. Koramangala has changed a lot, but this corner stays pretty much the same. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. Most of our neighbors are other small shops and we all know each other. It’s just a regular way to spend the day, really. We don’t have a huge staff, usually just one or two of us here to help find whatever is needed. It’s a lot of work to keep track of all the small pieces, but we manage. Sometimes the inventory arrives late or the weather makes things slow, but that is just how it goes when you have a shop like this.
